Friends Of Rwanda, Inc. (FOR) has been fortunate to have a lasting friendship with the Westminster School in Atlanta, French V class, for the past three years. This began in March of 2005 when FOR initiated a Youth Ambassador Program in collaboration with the local chapter of Amnesty International. Ever since then, the class instructor, Ms. Kristen Britt has invited members of FOR to make presentations and tell the students about Rwanda. For the past three years each class that was presented to has done a fundraiser. The collected money was placed in the FOR general scholarship fund and was used to sponsor a student each of the last three years.
Friends Of Rwanda, Inc is very greatful for the generosity of the students at Westminster French V classes. Pictured below is the Fall 2008 class.
